For iPhone and iPad users, we highly recommend using iCloud Backup to back up your iPhone and iPad.
Not sure if you’re using iCloud Backup?
To check the status of your iCloud Backup, follow these steps on each of your devices:
- Settings > tap your name > iCloud > iCloud Backup
- Check the date and time of the Latest Backup at the bottom
- Select Back Up Now to update your backup
iCloud Backup updates automatically once per day, when your iPhone is plugged into power and connected to WiFi. You will need enough iCloud storage space as well. You can upgrade your iCloud Storage if needed.
